# FAQs: Client Suitability & Edge Cases

## Common questions about client fit and complex scenarios

**Will this work for my non-VAT clients?**Yes. Doctors, sole traders, and non-VAT clients benefit from better reconciliation, expense tracking, and reporting – even without VAT complexity.

**What about clients with complex needs (RCT, multiple currencies, etc.)?**We currently support standard Irish VAT scenarios. We don’t currently support RCT, but we plan to in the future. For very complex clients, we recommend waiting until features are live.

**Do my clients need to be tech-savvy?**Not at all. The mobile app is simple to use – just photo uploads and basic responses. Clients can also use the desktop version.

**What if my client has suppliers who won’t cooperate?**Getting supplier access is essential. Without it, automation breaks down and manual work increases. If a supplier refuses portal access or forwarding, we work with your client to upload invoices manually, but this limits efficiency and should be avoided wherever possible.

**What if my client has a complex setup with many accounts?**We support multiple accounts per client. If a client setup is unusually complex, we may phase connections gradually to keep everything stable.

**Do you support UK clients?**We primarily support Irish compliance. We can handle basic UK bookkeeping, but not complex UK VAT scenarios yet.
