How does this fit with tools I already use (Xero, Sage, DEXT)?
Outmin replaces the bookkeeping function. We don’t need to integrate with your tools. Instead, we give you clean trial balances and VAT workings that plug into your accounts production software.

Can you handle POS systems like Square, Stripe, Deliveroo?
Yes – we connect to most major POS and payment platforms. Sales data flows in automatically and is reconciled against bank deposits. We calculate VAT on transaction fees and commissions.

What about payroll integration?
We connect to most payroll systems to retrieve gross-to-net reports. This ensures salary and tax payments are recorded correctly. We don’t run payroll.

What happens if a bank connection drops?
Clients are notified to reconnect (usually every 90 days). Reconnection is quick via the app.
