# FAQs: Visibility & Control

## Questions about monitoring client progress and making adjustments

**How do I know what’s happening with my clients?**You can view each client’s dashboard to check reconciliation status, VAT progress, and outstanding queries. A central Practice Dashboard with full client oversight is coming very soon.

**Can I see what questions you’re asking clients?**Yes, all Rex (clarification) messages are visible in the dashboard. 

**What if I need to make adjustments (e.g. accruals, depreciation)?**You can request journal postings through your customer success manager. We can also set up recurring adjustments where needed.

**Can I post manual journals myself?**Not yet, but this functionality is in development. For now, we handle manual postings on your behalf.

**What reports can I access and when?**P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, VAT workings, aged creditors/debtors – all available on demand. You can also request exports or custom formats.
