## Questions about switching back and data protection

**Can I switch back to my old process if needed?**Yes – you retain full ownership of client data. We’ll provide all transaction history, source documents, and reconciliations if you ever want to switch back.

**What happens if a client leaves?**We provide a full handover pack with all documents and reconciliations so the client can transition easily.

**Do you have insurance and compliance coverage?**Yes, we carry professional indemnity insurance and follow strict data protection protocols. Your practice remains the VAT filer.

**What’s your backup plan if something goes wrong?**We keep full audit trails and redundant systems. If errors occur, we can trace and correct them immediately.
