# How Does the Outmin Mobile App Work?

## Why client engagement with the app is essential and what firms should encourage

The Outmin app is the easiest way for clients to keep their books up to date.

**Why it matters:**Clients who use the app regularly are faster to respond, easier to support, and less likely to fall behind. They can upload documents, respond to Rex requests, and track cash flow – all from their phone.

**Key features for clients:**

- Snap and upload receipts or invoices as soon as they get them
- Respond to document or clarification requests (Rex)
- Track Money In and Out in real time
- View pending tasks on their dashboard

**What firms should do:**

- Encourage all clients to download and use the app
