How to add Outmin as a user on AIB Merchant Services
To give Outmin access to your AIB Merchant Services account, you'll need to contact AIB directly to request that a user be added on your behalf. This is a quick process — it usually takes no more than one phone call or email.
- Contact your AIB Merchant Services relationship manager or call AIB Merchant Services support directly. You'll find their contact details on your original welcome letter or monthly statement.
- Let them know you'd like to add a third-party user to your account for reporting and transaction visibility.
- Provide them with the following details when requested:
Name: Outmin
Email: Enter your Outmin proxy email (your-company-name@outmin.io)
Access level: View only (read access to reports and transactions — no ability to make changes) - AIB will process the request and confirm once access has been granted. This typically takes 1–3 business days.
Your proxy email is a unique email set-up specifically to provide Outmin with remote-access to your online systems & portals. If you don't know what your proxy email is, you can ask your accountant!
Once access is confirmed, the Outmin team will be in touch to let you know we're set up and ready to go.
