How to add Outmin as a user on Clover

To give Outmin view-only access to your Clover account, you'll need to invite us as an employee with a restricted role. It only takes a few minutes.

  1. Log in to your Clover dashboard at clover.com/dashboard
  2. In the left-hand menu, click Employees, then select Employees again from the submenu.
  3. Click Add Employee.
  4. Enter the following details when prompted:
    • First name: Outmin
    • Last name: Bookkeeping
    • Email: Enter your Outmin proxy email (your-company-name@outmin.io)
  5. Under Role, click Create Role and give it a name (e.g. Outmin – View Only).
  6. Enable the following permissions only:
    • Reports — View only
    • Orders — View only
    • Transactions — View only
  7. Leave all other permissions switched off, then click Save.
  8. Assign the Outmin – View Only role to the new employee and click Save.

Your proxy email is a unique email set-up specifically to provide Outmin with remote-access to your online systems & portals. If you don't know what your proxy email is, you can ask your accountant! 

Once you've saved the employee profile, Clover will send an invitation and the Outmin team will accept it & get to work. No need to share any passwords — Clover handles access securely via email invitation.
