How to add Outmin as a user on EPOSNow

To give Outmin view-only access to your EPOSNow account, you'll need to create a staff account with restricted permissions. It only takes a few minutes.

  1. Log in to your EPOSNow back office
  2. In the left-hand menu, go to Settings and select Staff.
  3. Click Add New Staff.
  4. Enter the following details when prompted:
    • Name: Outmin
    • Email: Enter your Outmin proxy email (your-company-name@outmin.io)
  5. Under Access Level, click Manage Roles and create a new role (e.g. Outmin – View Only).
  6. Enable the following permissions only:
    • Reports — View only
    • Transactions — View only
  7. Leave all other permissions switched off, then click Save.
  8. Assign the Outmin – View Only role to the new staff member and click Save.

Your proxy email is a unique email set-up specifically to provide Outmin with remote-access to your online systems & portals. If you don't know what your proxy email is, you can ask your accountant! 

Unlike some other platforms, EPOSNow does not use an email invitation system for staff accounts. Access is granted via a username and password which you pick during setup.

Once the account has been created, you'll need to share the login credentials securely with us — drop us a message at ask@outmin.io once the account is set-up and we'll take it from there!
