How to add Outmin as a user on EPOSNow
To give Outmin view-only access to your EPOSNow account, you'll need to create a staff account with restricted permissions. It only takes a few minutes.
- Log in to your EPOSNow back office
- In the left-hand menu, go to Settings and select Staff.
- Click Add New Staff.
- Enter the following details when prompted:
- Name: Outmin
- Email: Enter your Outmin proxy email (your-company-name@outmin.io)
- Under Access Level, click Manage Roles and create a new role (e.g. Outmin – View Only).
- Enable the following permissions only:
- Reports — View only
- Transactions — View only
- Leave all other permissions switched off, then click Save.
- Assign the Outmin – View Only role to the new staff member and click Save.
Your proxy email is a unique email set-up specifically to provide Outmin with remote-access to your online systems & portals. If you don't know what your proxy email is, you can ask your accountant!
Once the account has been created, you'll need to share the login credentials securely with us — drop us a message at ask@outmin.io once the account is set-up and we'll take it from there!
