# How to add Outmin as a user on EPOSNow

To give Outmin view-only access to your EPOSNow account, you'll need to create a staff account with restricted permissions. It only takes a few minutes.

1. Log in to your EPOSNow back office
2. In the left-hand menu, go to **Settings** and select **Staff**.
3. Click **Add New Staff**.
4. Enter the following details when prompted:
5. Under **Access Level**, click **Manage Roles** and create a new role (e.g. *Outmin – View Only*).
6. Enable the following permissions only:
7. Leave all other permissions switched off, then click **Save**.
8. Assign the *Outmin – View Only* role to the new staff member and click **Save**.

Your proxy email is a unique email set-up specifically to provide Outmin with remote-access to your online systems & portals. If you don't know what your proxy email is, you can ask your accountant! 

Unlike some other platforms, **EPOSNow does not use an email invitation system for staff accounts.** Access is granted via a username and password which you pick during setup.

Once the account has been created, you'll need to share the login credentials securely with us — **drop us a message at [ask@outmin.io](mailto:ask@outmin.io) once the account is set-up** and we'll take it from there!
