How to add Outmin as a user on PayPal

To give Outmin view-only access to your PayPal business account, you'll need to grant us access through PayPal's account access feature. It only takes a few minutes.

  1. Log in to your PayPal account at paypal.com
  2. Click the Settings icon in the top right corner.
  3. Select Account Settings, then click Account Access.
  4. Under Manage Users, click Add User.
  5. Enter your Outmin proxy email (your-company-name@outmin.io) as the user email address when prompted
  6. Under Permissions, select the following options only:
    • View transactions
    • View reports and statements
  7. Leave all other permissions switched off, then click Save.

Your proxy email is a unique email set-up specifically to provide Outmin with remote-access to your online systems & portals. If you don't know what your proxy email is, you can ask your accountant!

Once the invitation has been sent, the Outmin team will accept it and get to work. No need to share any passwords — PayPal handles access securely via email invitation.

Note: The Manage Users feature is only available on PayPal Business accounts. If you're on a personal account and process business payments through PayPal, you may need to upgrade to a Business account first. This is free to do — you can do so in your account settings.
