# How to add Outmin as a user on Square

To give Outmin view-only access to your Square account, you'll need to create a permissions set and then invite us as a team member. It only takes a few minutes.

1. Log in to your Square Dashboard at [squareup.com/dashboard.](http://squareup.com/dashboard)
2. In the left-hand menu, go to **Team** and select **Permissions**.
3. Click **+ Create Permissions Set** and give it a name (e.g. *Outmin – View Only*).
4. Enable View access for the following sections only:
5. Leave all other permissions switched off, then click Save.
6. Now go to **Team → Team Members** and click **+ Create Team Member.**
7. Enter your Outmin proxy email (your-company-name@outmin.io) as the user email address when prompted 
8. Under **Permissions**, select the *Outmin – View Only* set you just created, then click **Save** to send the invitation.

Your proxy email is a unique email set-up specifically to provide Outmin with remote-access to your online systems & portals. If you don't know what your proxy email is, you can ask your accountant! 

Once you've sent the invite, the Outmin team will accept it and get to work. No need to create or share a password — Square handles access via email invitation!
