How to add Outmin as a user on SumUp
To give Outmin view-only access to your SumUp account, you'll need to invite us as a team member through your SumUp dashboard. It only takes a few minutes.
- Log in to your SumUp dashboard at me.sumup.com
- In the left-hand menu, click Settings, then select Team.
- Click Add team member.
- Enter your Outmin proxy email (your-company-name@outmin.io) as the user email address when prompted
- Under Role, select Analyst — this gives Outmin read-only access to your sales reports and transaction history without the ability to make any changes.
- Click Send invite.
Your proxy email is a unique email set-up specifically to provide Outmin with remote-access to your online systems & portals. If you don't know what your proxy email is, you can ask your accountant!
Once you've sent the invite, the Outmin team will accept it and get to work. No need to share any passwords — SumUp handles access securely via email invitation.
Note: Team management features are available on SumUp Business accounts. If you don't see the Team option in your settings, make sure your account has been upgraded to a Business profile.
