To get the most from Outmin, a few key actions from both your firm and your clients keep the automation running smoothly and maximise the time savings. Here's what each side needs to focus on.
What we need from you
- Ensure bank and credit card accounts stay connected
- Review and submit draft VAT returns
- Answer occasional queries from the Outmin team
- Encourage client engagement early (especially around bank and supplier setup)
What we need from your clients
- Upload one-off receipts via app
- Respond to app notifications
- Use the app for visibility and updates
- Step in if suppliers don’t respond to our requests
Roles & Responsibilities (Post-Onboarding)
Every practice works a little differently. Some want clients to be hands-on with document uploads and requests. Others prefer to manage everything internally and keep the platform behind the scenes.
Outmin supports both models.
You can choose what works best for each client. Either way, we’ll take care of the daily processing and highlight anything that’s missing, whether that goes to you or your client.
